Pure & Natural is the clean slate of our range. Its entire job is to lengthen and lift the whisky in your glass, and then say nothing else at all.
That sounds like the easy one to make. It is the hardest.
Everything rests on the quality of the water, the fineness of the bubble, and knowing exactly when to stop.
From our home on the banks of the River Spey, we learned early on that the magic of whisky begins with the water.
So Pure & Natural is carefully sourced in Speyside and lightly carbonated to create a clean and neutral soda water, elevating whisky's unique notes. Two ingredients. Scottish drinking water and carbon dioxide. Nothing else at all.
For those who love the clean, neutral taste of whisky and natural soda water, it doesn't come more authentic than this.
Made for whisky, and nothing else
Born in Speyside, the heartland of Scotch whisky, Pure & Natural was blended with one purpose only. Lightly carbonated, so the bubble lifts the whisky rather than competing with it, and clean enough on the finish to leave the whisky exactly where it started.
No flavour to argue with. No sweetness to smooth over the edges. Whatever is in your whisky is what you taste, just elongated and presented in a more refreshing serve.
How to serve it
Tall glass. Fill with ice. One part whisky of choice. Three parts Pure & Natural. Add a twist. Stir. Sip. Enjoy with company.
