Getting Spey Soda to your door
Everything you need to know about how we deliver, and how to return something if it's not quite right.
Delivery
UK standard delivery costs £7.95 and arrives within 2-3 working days, delivered by DPD.
Orders are picked and packed within one to two working days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey and, where available, choose a convenient delivery slot.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery, or that DPD has clear instructions for a safe place, as our bottles do require careful handling.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email us at hello@speysoda.com and we'll talk you through the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo of the damage to hello@speysoda.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it straight away, no return necessary.
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within five working days and will appear on your original payment method shortly after. Shipping costs are refunded where an order has arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty.
